KLM represented M&G Real Estate in the boosting of Leisure and retail outlet Cwmbran Shopping who have signed up two new tenants and seeing three existing retailers extending their leases.
International jewellers Pandora has signed to open a 1,250 sq ft shop for a ten year term at the heart of the scheme. Since 1982, Pandora has grown to become one of the world’s best-known jewellers, now operating in 90 countries and six continents.
This deal coincides with Eurochange, the UK’s foremost foreign exchange experts, which have signed to occupy a new shop in Cwmbran on ten year lease.
In addition to the new retailers who have signed up to come to Cwmbran Shopping, three leading high street brands have now committed to extend their shop leases. The deals include two of the UK’s largest telecommunication companies, Vodafone and O2, along with video games retailer Game.
Game will amalgamate its operations into one large 3,469 sq ft store located at 24 The Mall, rather than the two smaller ones it trades at present. Mobile phone giants Vodafone and O2 have signed to remain at the 1,239 sq ft and 3,012 sq ft shops, located at 5 South Walk and 26 South Walk, where they have been since 1998 and 2004 respectively.
The latest deals brings the occupancy rate at the one million sq ft venue to to 98%. It has 170 units.
