While August is traditionally a quiet period in the world of property and retail, behind the scenes things are heating up in preparation for the industry’s key events taking place at the end of the year.
September is a time when the market gets back into full swing, highlighted by the BCSC Showcase in Manchester on the 14th and 15th and Completely Retail Marketplace in London on the 27th. KLM Retail’s leasing and investment teams will be launching new schemes, marketing existing ones and making new connections. Both events are critical within our industry and as always we will have a strong presence.
In November our attention turns to Cannes where we exhibit as part of The International Retail Network at MAPIC. Our international connections really are one of our USPs and set us apart from many of our peers. MAPIC provides us with the perfect platform for business.
Earlier this year we rebranded as KLM Retail to highlight the pedigree and passion that exists within the firm. This has been incredibly well received and we look forward to continuing the brand roll out during these exciting times.
