B&Q opens first mini-format, high street store.

KLM Retail has let the former post office at 482 -488 Holloway Road, London, to leading home and DIY retailer, B&Q.

The 5,000 sqft store, which is the first small, in-town format store for the retailer, opened earlier this month.

KLM Retail advised private landlords. Cushman and Wakefield represented B&Q.
