KLM Retail, on behalf of their client, Rockspring, is proud to announce the arrival of Jack Wills to Orchard Shopping Centre, Taunton. The leading British retailer has taken a 10-year lease on a 2,500 sq ft unit at 4 Fore Street adjacent to the newly opened Smiggle store.
The latest letting follows a string of deals at the centre to Yours Clothing, Roman Originals and Grape Tree, taking it to 90% let.
Acquired by Rockspring in December 2014, Orchard Shopping Centre comprises 160,000 sq ft with 56 retail units let to a range of retailers including New Look, Bill’s, Game, HMV, Greggs and Vision Express.
