We are very proud to have acted on behalf of the renowned international retailer, TK Maxx who have exchanged to open a new 27,000 sq ft store at The Lexicon, Bracknell.
The Lexicon is a 1m sq ft, £240m regeneration of Bracknell town centre undertaken by a joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund. It opened last year and provides over 190 retail units together with a successful cinema and restaurant hub. Anchor tenants include Fenwicks, Next, M&S, H&M and Waitrose. The new TK Maxx will be arranged over two floors adjacent to Primark and the Braccan Walk car park which feeds directly into the scheme.
