KLM are delighted to have played a key role in bringing Dunelm to Cwmbran Centre in Wales.
Dunelm will be opening in the former Marks & Spencer store on South Walk in Autumn. They have agreed a 10 year lease over the 51,000 sq ft store and the deal also facilitated a relocation for One Beyond into a new 6,000 sq ft store on Monmouth Walk.
Will Thomas, Partner at KLM Real Estate said “This is a major letting for the town centre and is the first of several key transformational deals we are working on. Cwmbran continues to buck the trend with rising footfall and performance. Dunelm are a great fit for the town.”
Occupancy rates at Cwmbran Centre are 95%, the highest figure in five years, and footfall has risen to 19.75 m per annum.
