Initiatives have included the redevelopment of part of the street and the acquisition of a neighbouring asset to ensure a control over leasing decisions and tenant mix curation. The amount of gallery space has doubled to 40,000 sqft and KLM have found some of the world’s best galleries to rekindle the street’s iconic reputation.
