As we begin the new year, we would like to reflect on some of the key highlights from 2024…
Q1 2024 kicked off with a busy start to the year assisting the chic French women’s fashion brand, Soeur in opening their first London store on Redchurch Street. This was followed by securing their second site on the King’s Road in September. During this busy quarter, we also advised Les100Ciels launch a menswear store in Knightsbridge and the Linen specialists, Original Fibres on Lambs Conduit Street. Our Leisure team celebrated the opening of The Light Redhill during January which has been a huge success.
Our national team were proud to be involved in the exciting opening of Skechers in Taunton, for our client Estama. 24/7 fitness also opened in Redditch where we acted on behalf of our client Redditch Capital.
In Q2, we continued to work with London’s favourite eyewear brand, Jimmy Fairly – we acquired boutiques outside of London in Leeds, Bath, and Bristol, but added further London stores to their portfolio, in Greenwich and Carnaby. Oh My Cream! enhanced the tenant mix in Marylebone as we helped acquire their third London store.
Q3 saw exciting moments including Costar’s deal of the quarter securing Go Outdoors in Cheltenham for NFU, along with Escape Hunt in Worcester for the same client. Another national highlight, was securing Bird & Blend Tea Co. on Sincil Street on behalf Lincolnshire Co-op.
Internationally, we’re thrilled to have Malmo Designer Outlet Village reach its pre-leasing milestone, allowing construction to commence.
Working with our client, The Crown Estate, we’ve had lots of exciting deals take place on Regent Street and on the wider portfolio. A few highlights include the highly anticipated opening of Polene and Alo Yoga, NBA on Oxford Street, Rupert Sanderson on Great Portland Street, Carl Friedrik on Regent St, St James’s and Sunspel upsizing on Jermyn Street.
