KLM are excited to announce their latest retail park acquisition, Newcastle Shopping Park in Byker, on behalf of Orchard Street.
KLM acted for Orchard Street’s Access Decarbonisation Fund, securing the asset for £40.5m reflecting 7.25% NIY. Patrizia was the vendor.
Anchored by a 68,320 sq ft Asda, other tenants on the park include M&S, TK Maxx, JD Sports, Food Warehouse, Pets At Home and B&M.
