Description
The development itself will comprise approximately 500,000
ft² of unique mixed use space including c. 110,000 sq ft of retail, c.55,000 sq
ft of restaurant and leisure accommodation together with prime office
accommodation let to Dentons Solicitors over 70,000 sq ft and Guess Jeans at
over 11,000 sq ft.
The development is scheduled to complete in April
2019.
Location
The project is centred on a 1904 power station located in
the affluent residential district of Powilse - between the Vistula River and
Old Town (a UNESCO World Heritage site attracting 2.4 m visitors annually)
tourist area and the CBD which is only 15 minutes’ walk / 2 metro stops away.
the Copernicus science Museum (1.2 million visitors a year), the National
library, The Royal Lazienki Museum (2.1 m visits) and Warsaw University are
also in the immediate vicinity. Warsaw has a resident population of 1.7 million
and a wider population of 2.5 million with a rapidly expanding commercial
centre and a major international tourist destination (2.8 million foreign/5.7
million domestic).
