Dominic joined KLM Real Estate in 2009 and specialises in Outlet Leasing, Retailer Services and Shopping Centre Leasing both in the UK and Europe. He has over 20 years of experience and has been heavily involved in the development and growth of the Landsec outlet leasing portfolio and the transformation of The Boulevard Outlet in Northern Ireland, and
the leasing of strategy for The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham.
Dominic provides strategic advice for numerous national retailers, Tristan Capital, The Lotus Group, NFU Mutual and Jesus College amongst many others. Dominic is a Chartered Surveyor, a member of Revo and the Shop Agents Society.
He is player and former manager for the RICS football team and is a keen road cyclist.
