A Chartered Surveyor and former Executive Director at NewRiver REIT, Nick has built and led platforms that deliver high-performing, community-focused retail and leisure assets.
His work spans regeneration, public-private partnerships, and placemaking—most recently through CBRE’s ReShape team, where he advises investors, local authorities, and developers on repurposing retail for long-term value.
Based in West London, Nick brings the same energy to his personal life. He’s a football fan, both on the pitch and in the stands, and enjoys boxing and running.
