Tom joined KLM in 2013 after working in Liverpool for Mason Owen and Burns Property.
Primarily focussing on central London high streets, emerging neighbourhoods and designer outlets, Tom advises such Landlords as The Crown Estate and The Mercers Company on their retail portfolios and acts on outlet projects across the UK, France and Scandinavia.
Outside the office, Tom is passionate about live music and Liverpool football club.
