Will led the Out of Town Retail & Leisure Team at JLL before founding the team at KLM with Jonny Perkins and Mark Smith.
For 10 years before that Will was an equity partner at King Sturge. He started his career as an out of town retail and leisure occupational agent and has been an investment agent focused on the sector for over 20 years since.
Key clients have been major institutions including Aviva, Legal & General, M&G and LaSalle, developers such as Ashfield Land, Kimberley Developments, CPG and Trevor Osbourne Group and property companies and private equity groups such as Land Securities, Terra Firma, KKR and Brockton Capital.
Will is a Chartered Surveyor and is a member of the Investment Property Forum and Accessible Retail. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters and tries to find time to enjoy sport, on and off the water.
