    A business is born - Ian Kitchen, Max La Frenais and Nick Morgan set up in the heart of the recession in Mayfair.


    KLM/Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte) partnership created establishing a powerful retail partnership offering a large multi-disciplinary practice to joint clients including London Estates such as Pollen, local authorities such as Poole , Newport, Farnham, BFI, OPLC , BRBR.


    100th Bay Trading store acquired.


    Letting to H&M of 65,000 sqft Liverpool.


    Undertake largest single systematic portfolio disposal as C&A exit the country - 4.5m sqft across the UK.

    KLM Real Estate sells UK’s biggest High Street asset for 5 years - 1.3 acres in the heart of Brighton - on behalf of RBS


    On behalf of Pollen Estate we achieved the largest retail rent per square foot ever achieved in the UK; a letting to LVMH luxury watch brand, Hublot which yielded an increase of well over 25% on the previous level. This was the result of a targeted marketing campaign to luxury groups across the globe.


    KLM Real Estate secured a 15-year lease on a flagship store for luxury German leather accessories brand MCM (Modern Creation München). The 2,690 sq ft (250 sqm) store is located on 16 Conduit Street, midway between Bond Street and Regent Street.


    Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by KLM Real Estate, sold the 20,000 sq ft flagship Urban Outfitters store at 41-43 Market Street, Manchester for £18.6 million.
